Title: University of Florida Spring 2026 Social Media Coordinator Internship Program
Time Commitment: Approximately 7 – 9 hours per week
Reports To: Trea Archie, Director of Portfolio Operations & Leasing; Katie Barnett, Asset Management Analyst
Compensation: Position will receive a stipend for the semester.
Introduction: Havenly Ventures is reimagining student housing with today’s college student in mind, and we’re seeking motivated University of Florida students to join our Spring 2026 Social Media Coordinator Internship Program. This remote role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of real estate, marketing, and modern brand-building. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will lead all content and branding efforts for the property, manage a team of interns, and help strengthen the property’s presence both online and on campus. You will gain meaningful professional experience while making an immediate impact on a newly renovated community positioned near campus.
Social Media Coordinator Program Components: The Social Media Coordinator will serve as the lead for all components of Havenly’s initiative involving social media, having the hands-on ability to create content, expand the property and company’s brand, and work with the property’s on-site management to highlight both the property and it’s features, as well as create a sense of community between the property’s residents. The role will consist of 3 main components:
- Support Havenly and the on-site management with social media strategy and execution, including creating, posting, and tracking engaging content across all platforms (Instagram and Facebook). Propose new strategies to enhance brand presence and support leasing goals, while serving as the main point of contact between Havenly, the property, and any potential opportunities for marketing efforts (businesses, organizations, )
- Lead and coordinate a team of two interns to consistently produce 2 – 3 high-quality posts per week for Instagram and Facebook, and 1 – 2 high quality posts per week for TikTok, while strategically managing a marketing budget (with oversight and approval) to maximize engagement and
- Work with both Havenly and the interns to create partnerships between the property and on-campus representation such as micro-influencers, athletes, And help create brand awareness through local businesses and organizations.
- A group project with the other interns (three in total) that will be outlined and determined during the semester and discussed in an early meeting with members of the Operations team and the interns.
- Participating in a speaker series featuring professionals, property managers, investment sales brokers, and leasing experts, providing direct exposure to multiple career
