Do you love content creation? How about all things social media? The University of Florida Emerging Pathogens Institute is seeking a student social media assistant to help bolster its social media platforms, with a special focus on Instagram. Key messaging surrounds promoting the EPI vision to fight the spread of infectious diseases, whether that may be by serving as a public health resource or engaging others in research. Tasks include capturing photos and videos, editing assets, creating copy, posting onto platforms and more.
This part-time position is 20 hours a week at $17 an hour. This position is in-person, with some flexibility for hybrid. The summer position will run from the end of May 2 to August 18, with the potential to continue into the fall semester.
