About the Pupil Project

Interns for The Pupil Project will participate in a two part program. The first part of the program will consist of supporting agency departments with actual client work for real hands-on experience. This will set a foundation to prepare pupils for the second part of the program, which will focus on a pitch for the Agency’s rebrand efforts.

  • The Internship is in person / hybrid – 100% remote is NOT available
  • Part-time availability (25 hours per week) at $18/hour – school credit is also available
  • Must bring your own laptop
  • Candidates must reside in the vicinity (South Florida) of the internship or have the ability to obtain housing
  • Must be a Junior / Senior in college
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Google for Business platform
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to work with others to accomplish tasks, assignments and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively when speaking and/or writing to individuals or groups – listens attentively, ensures that information is understood by all parties, and shares information in a timely manner
  • Must be willing to adhere to all company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols

Roles at The Pupil Project

  • Insights and Intel: Ensures consumer relevancy of the brand communication strategy while unlocking important consumer insights and representing the consumer throughout the creative process.
  • Account Management: Responsible for managing external relationship with the client and communicating expectations internally.
  • Media: At the center of the Agency, connecting the different elements of a campaign to the consumer and driving the right action.
  • Project Management: Manages the internal process of active campaigns/projects and acts as the nucleus of the agency to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Design: Leaves an imprint on our clients’ brands by sharing creative vision, contributing to the activation of creative briefs, and bringing that creative work to life.
  • Copywriting: Leaves an imprint on our clients’ brands by sharing creative vision, contributing to the activation of creative briefs, and bringing that creative work to life.
