In the role as the Talent Management Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the CEO on day-to-day responsibilities, including athlete recruitment and management, strategic ideation, and campaign development for the company as well as our clients. Applicants must be detail-oriented, articulate communicators, adaptive to client needs, and exhibit a proactive mindset. Candidates will be receiving academic credit for this internship position.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary assistant to the CEO in daily operations.
- Identify and recruit new athletes for agency representation.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with athletes and clients.
- Facilitate communication between the agency and our clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with athletes to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and agency representatives to discuss strategies, campaigns, and contractual matters.
- Provide regular updates to both athletes and clients on ongoing projects, endorsements, and contractual negotiations.
- Interact and communicate daily with brands and properties to support positive relationships that foster enhanced partnerships

Education and Qualifications
● Must be currently enrolled in a college or university (all concentrations will be considered).
● 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.

office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds, for in-person work opportunities.
Work Environment
This job operates fully remotely, offering the option to work from anywhere, with the opportunity to
attend in person at our Norwalk, CT office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
