Position: Social Media Promotions Manager (full-time)

Work directly with radio station Program Director and General Manager to set brand development, content, and audience expectations for social media platforms

• Consistently publish creative, relevant, and compelling content for each radio station
• Implement a social media content calendar, i.e. plan specific and timely campaigns, manage content, schedule promotions
• Ensure stations are utilizing up to date and new methods of social marketing
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of radio station branding and target audiences
• Assist in development, training, and managing of promotions staff in Palm Beach market
• Assist in prize distribution while working in office
• Support and participate with Program Director, and General Manager in long-term promotion strategies and NTR opportunities for Palm Beach, Florida.
• Assist in ensuring on-site, on-air, and digital promotions and events are executed to JDD standards
• Support programming department to ensure excellent communication and flawless execution between departments
• Support Director of Marketing at JDD produced events to ensure excellent communication and flawless execution between management and staff
• Ability and availability to brainstorm with sales department and sales calls/creative visits to client locations

o General Manager will oversee the necessity of this position’s involvement in sales calls

• Manage all client expectations including listener and client experience both in-station and on-site
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Create client recaps as needed (including video recaps)
• Evaluation of performance after first 90 days

Standard workday hours:

• M-F 9:30am-6:30pm (will vary according to station events, social media needs, etc)
• Attendance at select station events

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
