Elite Basketball Services (EBS) is excited to announce the return of our internship program for the 2025–26 school year.
EBS is an Orlando-based, NCAA-approved scouting service and the parent company of EBS Scouting, The Hoop Exchange, JUCORecruiting.com, and The JUCO All-American Showcase. With over 250 college and professional subscribers, our scouting database and events make us one of the largest and most respected basketball services in the country. We specialize in evaluating JUCO, Prep, and national high school prospects with a focus on Florida + the Southeast, while also running more than 15 exposure events annually across the United States. Our interns have gone on to positions with the Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Florida Gators Basketball, and other top programs.
Internships are unpaid. Travel opportunities will be awarded based on performance/necessity, and all travel expenses are covered and event work is paid. Most work will be completed remotely. We are willing to work with institutions to provide credit for your internship.
Interns can expect to gain meaningful experience in event operations, analytics, and media, while also developing professional communication skills and learning how to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will have the chance to build a portfolio of tangible deliverables used on social media platforms or other projects.
All applicants should have a strong interest in basketball, a working knowledge of basketball terminology and trends at the high school, college and professional levels, reliable communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines with limited supervision. Because of the nature of our events, interns should also expect evening and weekend work when needed.
