We are looking for students interested in media, marketing, and community storytelling to help support real-world projects tied to a local food truck and community event space on Southwest 1st Avenue.
This role is hands-on and flexible. Students will assist with content creation, social media, event promotion, and documenting community events such as night markets, live music, and creative pop-ups. The focus is on learning by doing—working on live projects rather than simulated coursework.
Students will have opportunities to:
- Create and publish social media content
- Help promote and document community events
- Assist with basic marketing strategy and outreach
- Collaborate on creative ideas for community engagement
- Build portfolio-ready work with real audience exposure
This position is ideal for students in Journalism, Media Production, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields who want practical experience, creative freedom, and exposure to grassroots media and event marketing. Prior experience is helpful but not required—curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most.
