Oliba Knights is a growing real estate and holdings company with a diverse, international portfolio. Our holdings include commercial property and a long-term rental in Florida, alongside high-yield international short-term rentals (Airbnbs) in the Dominican Republic.
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer Intern to maintain and enhance the visual identity of the Oliba Knights brand across all digital and print materials. This is a fantastic remote, volunteer opportunity for a student to gain practical experience by creating engaging, professional visual assets for a diverse real estate and hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for assisting with the following tasks, ensuring all visuals align with the established brand aesthetic:
- Brand Asset Development: Assist with creating consistent visual assets, including branding guidelines, style kit, branded templates for social media, property flyers, pitch decks, and digital newsletters.
- Marketing Material Design: Assist with designing promotional materials specifically for our short-term rental (STR) listings, such as welcome guides, local area infographics, and booking campaign banners.
- Website Support: Assist the Web Designer Intern by creating and optimizing visual elements (icons, illustrations, photography edits) for the company website.
- Photo Editing & Retouching: Assist with editing, retouching, and organizing property photography to ensure high quality and consistency across all platforms (Airbnb, social media, website).
- Logo Implementation: Assist with ensuring the Oliba Knights logo, color codes, and typography are used correctly and consistently in all external and internal communications.
Project Management: Assist with managing and organizing the company’s digital asset library.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related creative field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing versatility and professional-level design work is mandatory.
- Ability to accept and integrate feedback constructively to refine designs.
- Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and deliver high-quality visual assets.
