Location: Remote

The Page Society is seeking a part-time intern (15-20 hrs/week) to assist with membership services (supporting membership recruitment and customer service). The ideal candidates will be current undergraduate or graduate students (or recent graduates of a graduate-level program) in a relevant field of study.

As part of this internship, Page will attempt to pair a Page or Page Up “mentor” with the intern, and will ensure that interns have an opportunity to work with Page members, who are leaders in the PR industry. That may involve supporting committee work and/or a specific project.


  • Research prospective members and support membership recruitment efforts.
  • Project manage a membership recruitment initiative.
  • Communicate with members in support of membership recruitment.
  • Maintain records for membership and the online member directory.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.


  • Works collaboratively with peers;
  • Good attention to detail, including proofreading and editing ability;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Problem-solver;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
  • Background and/or undergraduate degree in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism (current graduate student preferred).
