Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and possess a diverse skill set in various marketing channels.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all the firms marketing efforts, with a focus on graphic design, social media coordination, social event planning, and public relations to ensure the focus and outcomes align with the overall strategy of the firm. Will assist leadership and strategic planning regarding marketing and communication practices; as well as assisting in the execution of marketing /business plan to drive the firm forward.


  • Proven experience in working within a professional office environment.
  • Open and honest communication is essential to succeed
  • Possess advanced oral, written & presentation skills to communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and client managers along with general public and business owners within the community.
  • Highly detail-oriented leadership mindset with the ability to see the big picture, not individual ones.
  • Ability to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team – always a “Row the Boat as a team” mentality.
  • Excellent process and organizational management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to flexibility in constantly changing situations & needs positively.
  • Positive attitude & commitment to assisting the staff and the firm in achieving its vision, mission, and goals, and adhering to its core values. A willingness to do what it takes to be successful individually, as a practice, and as a firm.


  • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, digital marketing or advertising, and preferably in a professional service environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a degree in a similar technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of publishing rules, copyrighting, and other marketing ethics and regulations.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs, etc.).
  • Experience working with design and marketing software like Adobe in-Design, WordPress, Canva, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, PowerBI, MailChimp, etc.
