As a content marketing intern, you will support the marketing team by drafting both long- and short-form copy, organizing research, and assisting with multichannel content projects. You will gain hands-on experience writing for a B2B SaaS audience while developing professional skills in a collaborative, remote environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Write and edit content across blogs, landing pages, emails, social posts, sales enablement materials, and multichannel marketing assets, including repurposing and updating existing content.
Conduct research on industry trends, personas, competitors, and generative engine outputs to inform content development and identify new topic opportunities.
Support SEO and GEO through metadata updates, internal linking, keyword placement, structured optimization for LLMs, backlink research, and content audits.
Assist with marketing initiatives across sales enablement, product releases, nurture programs, email campaigns, and content distribution while coordinating with internal teams for quotes, examples, and data.
Maintain content operations including the editorial calendar, asset folders, CMS updates, QA checks, content inventory, and the identification of new distribution opportunities.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, English, or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Experience with or interest in learning CMS, SEO and other marketing-related tools like HubSpot, SEMRush, and Canva.
AP Style knowledge preferred.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct research and synthesize information clearly.
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
