Position Overview
We are seeking a Volunteer Marketing Intern to support our marketing and brand-building efforts. This is an unpaid, volunteer-based internship designed for individuals who are eager to gain real-world experience in marketing, healthcare recruitment, and digital strategy.
This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or career switchers looking to build skills, gain mentorship, and develop work samples in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Volunteer Marketing Intern, you may assist with:
Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Writing marketing copy for job postings, email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages
Assisting with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Supporting email marketing and newsletter creation
Conducting basic market and competitor research within healthcare staffing
Helping maintain brand consistency across marketing materials
Assisting with campaign planning, tracking, and reporting
Supporting website updates and content optimization (as needed)
Responsibilities may be adjusted based on your interests, skills, and career goals.

Qualifications Required:
Strong interest in marketing, communications, or recruitment
Basic writing and communication skills

Reliable, organized, and able to meet agreed-upon deadlines
Preferred (Not Required):
Marketing, communications, business, or healthcare-related coursework
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, or social scheduling tools
Interest in healthcare, staffing, or human resources
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week
Flexible scheduling
Internship length: 3–6 months (with flexibility based on availability)
