Job Title: Content Creator & Fashion Photographer

Location: Narcissus Boutique

Job Type: Part-time, 20-30hrs

We are seeking a creative and innovative content creator/photographer at Narcissus Boutique! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion & photography, eager to create stylish, high-quality content that increases our brand awareness, online audience, and customer engagement – both online and in-store. This role works closely with the store manager to plan and execute content through your creative perspective, and their sales perspective/brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Content creation
  • Researching trending boutique/small business content styles
  • Plan and collaborate with the supervising manager to determine what needs to be posted and how.
  • Post a minimum of 1 story and 1 feed post per, including 1 reel a week, for Instagram and Facebook, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Capture and edit content that highlights products in an exciting and stylish way.

• Photography
  • In addition to content created in and around the store, orchestrating and executing 1 out of store photoshoots per week at an approved local location. *Not expected to start until 3^rd or 4^th week on staff.
  • Style models outfits and accessories appropriately, and most flattering.
  • Direct models to get “the shot” by coaching them through poses.
• Brand Awareness
  • Increase overall follower count and online engagement through thoughtful content creation.
  • Drive in-store and online traffic with needed promotions, giveaways, and consistent encouragement.
  • Monitor analytics to reach engagement goals.

Qualifications & Qualities:

• Works independently
• Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media software, trends, aesthetics, and engagement strategies
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask projects and work ahead
• Being flexible and open to feedback to improve the quality and impact of content is important
