The Center for Independent Living of North Central Florida (CILNCF) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing intern to join our team! This intern will assist with marketing efforts and other related tasks. The CILNCF is a non-profit disability resource center headquartered in Gainesville, FL.   • Create engaging and creative content for the organization’s communications, including social media posts, website news section, and quarterly newsletter
  • Create fun and engaging videos and graphics for social media and website
  • Write engaging content for social media, website and quarterly newsletter
  • Brainstorm creative, unique marketing ideas
  • Contribute ideas on how to boost audience engagement
  • Research additional agency marketing content, as well as influencers and trending topics
  • Assist in the creation of flyers, graphics, articles and video content for special events
  • Conduct interviews, maintain notes and recordings, and take pictures when needed


  • Seeking a degree in public relations, telecommunication, journalism or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent graphic design skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Availability of 15-20 hours per week
