Job and Internship Listings

Freelance Videographer / Production Assistant
Gainesville, FL | $35–$40/hr | 5–10 hrs/month to start

SwampSide Studios is looking for a reliable local shooter to help document construction, contractor, and commercial projects around Gainesville and Ocala.
This starts small, a few shoots each month, with the opportunity to take on more work and responsibility as SwampSide grows.

What matters most:
– Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
– Flexible weekday availability
– Comfortable shooting photo and video
– Professional and comfortable around clients and active jobsites
– Dependable, communicative, and willing to learn
– Able to eventually handle straightforward shoots independently

About the work:
– Usually short, scheduled project shoots
– Construction progress, completed work, crews, interviews, and similar coverage
– Gainesville primarily, with some Ocala-area work
– SwampSide provides the shooting direction, expectations, and workflow
– Professional equipment is a plus, but not required

You don’t need a massive portfolio or years of experience. I’m more interested in someone with a good eye, good attitude, and who actually shows up when they say they will.

Pay: $35–$40/hour depending on experience
Hours: Approximately 5–10/month initially
Position: Freelance / part-time contract work

To apply, send a quick introduction, your availability, what equipment you currently use (if any), and a few examples of your work.
