We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s passionate about helping businesses grow. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies and organizations across Florida.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, marketing directors, and business owners.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch strategies that align with client goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
• Collaborate with our operations, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction.
• Track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Represent Sky Palm Studios at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in marketing, media, or creative industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities.
• Professional presence and comfort engaging with executives and business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or video production is advantageous.

Compensation

• Base salary (commensurate with experience) + commission on closed projects.
