Nettie’s Love & Care is a  small company that specializes in healthcare staffing and recruiting for both private homes and healthcare facilities in need of support.

We are currently seeking volunteer students who are interested in gaining hands-on, real-world experience in digital and online marketing. Our goal is to partner with motivated students who would like to apply their classroom knowledge to real campaigns while helping a small business expand its online presence and client outreach.

This volunteer opportunity allows students to:

Gain practical experience in digital and social media marketing
Work remotely with a flexible schedule
Build their portfolios with real marketing projects and campaigns
Develop professional skills in branding, lead generation, and online engagement

WHAT YOU’LL DO
✔ Develop and execute online marketing strategies
✔ Promote services through social media, digital ads, and campaigns
✔ Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, promotions)
✔ Manage and optimize online advertising efforts
✔ Track performance, leads, and engagement
✔ Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities
✔ Collaborate with management to achieve growth goals

WHAT YOU’LL DO
