About Marqit
Marqit (playmarqit.com) is a free daily prediction game — three Yes/No calls a day onsports, pop culture, and news, plus streaks, leaderboards, buddies, and rivals. It’s anaturally social, shareable product, and we want someone who lives on TikTok andInstagram to help it feel that way online.
What You’ll Work On
Planning and posting a regular content calendar across TikTok and Instagram
Creating short-form video (Reels/TikToks) reacting to that day’s Marqit calls — sportsupsets, pop culture drama, big news moments
Turning in-app moments (streaks, Perfect Days, leaderboard climbs, rivalry wins) intoshareable graphics and clips
Riding relevant trends/memes and adapting them to Marqit’s voice
Community management — replying to comments/DMs, engaging with users’ sharedresults
Helping run user-generated-content campaigns (e.g. share-your-streak challenges)
What We’re Looking For
Genuinely active on TikTok and Instagram — you understand what makes contentwork, not just what a brand “should” post
Comfortable filming and editing short-form video yourself
Strong, casual writing voice for captions and community replies
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, orsimilar (or just really good at this)
Nice to Have
Experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools
A portfolio of content you’ve made (personal or for a brand/org)
Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
Prior social media management for a brand, student org, or Greek chapter
Good to Know
Fully remote — work from anywhere, no location preference at all.
Completely flexible hours — there’s no set schedule or clock-in time. Each intern
maps out their own hours ahead of every week, and as long as the work gets done,
when you do it is up to you.
Unpaid role — this internship doesn’t come with pay. What you do get: real, hands-on
credit helping build a live product from the ground up, and as we grow Marqit together,
