Provide administrative and sales support to the Meetings, Conventions, and Group Sales
Assist with preparation of bids, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and sales collateral by gathering hotel rates, availability, and partner information.
Support the Reunion Program by collecting partner offers and assisting with program logistics, including signage, payments, and welcome bag fulfillment.
Assist with coordination of sales activations, sponsorships, speaking engagements, promotional items, and special requests in collaboration with internal teams.
Help track sales leads, update bid statuses, assist with room night reporting, and notify partners once host venues are confirmed.
Group Servicing
Assist with coordinating welcome bags, giveaways, door prizes, and group promotions in collaboration with the Visitor Services team.
Collect and organize attraction promotions and group discounts for visiting
Provide logistical or onsite support for select conventions, meetings, and hosted group events as needed.
Partner Coordination
Assist in maintaining hotel, venue, and attraction contacts within the partner
Support the compilation of partner resources including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities, group activities, and group dining options available for visiting groups.
Website Support
Assist with maintaining and updating the Meetings & Groups website content and special
Update listings for hotels, venues, private dining options, destination highlights, group activities, and reunion resources.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a program in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in tourism, hospitality, meetings and conventions, or destination marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with partners
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and research skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
